  • My training plan targets for more than just a rapid body transformation. I’ll also address issues of mobility, poor posture and help you build an overall healthier body and lifestyle.
  • Every aspect of your training program will be fully explained as you go along, constantly adding to your understanding of your body and key fitness principles. This will equip you to fully handle your own training if we part ways
  • Each day’s calorie intake and macro nutrient split will reflect your unique body type and the activity/workout you will be doing each day.
  • I will build a nutrient rich, delicious meal plan. Following the meal plan alone would allow you to lose fat and feel great.
  • Your meal plans are designed according to your goal, food preference and daily routine, the goal is to make the diet plan sustainable yet affective and easy to follow and avoid cheat meals which allow you to stay persistent with the plan and get the best results.
